| Distance to Correct Location | Measured maximum (longitudinal or transverse) center to center distance from location of mislocated hole(s) to the specified hole location. |
| Hole(s) Placed in Wrong Flange | Is mislocated hole error due to actual placement in incorrect flange? |
| Reinforcing Steel Hole(s) | Is reinforcing steel specified to pass through the hole(s)? |
| Error Due to Additional Row Bored | Is mislocated hole error due to the incorrect boring of an additional row of holes? |
| Hole(s) Meet Edge & End Distance Specification | Does the mislocated hole(s) meet edge and end distance code requirements? |
| Intersection at Current Location | Does the mislocated hole(s) intersect with any specified hole placement or other member attachment? This includes spacing requirements which may be violated. |
| Specified Hole Pattern Bored Correctly | Does the actual hole pattern meet the design specifications? Only consider the hole pattern grouping and not the location of the grouping. |
| Hole Pattern Interferes with Specified Pattern | Does the actual hole pattern interfere with placement of the design hole pattern? |
| Intersection with Additional Bolt Line | If an additional hole(s) is added at specified spacing, will new hole(s) intersect with any specified hole placement or member attachment? |
